DR STERLING L. CARTER
PT, DPT, MS, CSCS, CEO oF PTCS
Dr. Sterling Carter graduated from the prestigious Langston University with a Bachelor's degree in Biology and then returned for an additional Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy. Further enhancing his education with a post-professional Master's degree in Physical Therapy from Texas Woman's University with a focus in Orthopedics and a Clinical Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Simmons College. Dr. Carter has practiced as a professional physical therapist for over 23 years. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, a certification common with all professional sports level therapists, athletic trainers and coaches. A proud protector of his country, Dr. Carter is a retired Veteran of the US Army serving over 25 years, primarily working as a physical therapist (both active and reserve status). Dr. Carter's past military and life experiences have afforded him the skills and compassion needed in the healthcare environment. His care and concern for the well-being of people and dedication to excellence, quality, and results are apparent in his vision for PTCS.
DR Lakshmi Urlam
Dr. Lakshmi Deepti Urlam has been practicing as a physical therapist for 11 years. Dr. Urlam graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the Emory University School of Medicine. She is fluent in English, Hindi, Telugu, and Kannada.
Dr. Sierra Andresson
Dr. Sierra Andresson has been practicing as a physical therapist for over 5 years. Dr. Andresson graduated Magnum Cum Laude with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, TX. She completed her undergraduate degree Summa Cum Laude from Texas A&M University in College Station, TX.
